David Tattersall
David has extensive experience in the building product sector having built up and sold the UK’s leading toilet cubicle manufacturer, Amwell Systems Limited which was sold for £20 million. David is Chairman of Central Joinery and Safeguard Glazing and Supplies Limited where he has been instrumental in mentoring the management teams.
Keith Pacey
Keith is a serial private equity investor and he chairs a number of companies including Mountain Warehouse, Rutland Cycling and Ollie Quinn. Keith built up and sold Maplin Electronics to Montagu Private Equity for £244m and he has led many successful exits including the sale of Bullitt Group to Exponent in 2017.
Keith is Chairman of BikePark Wales and Barracudas and he is actively involved in both businesses.
Keith Strong
Keith is a part-time FD and plays a “hands on” role in all of BCF’s portfolio. Keith has over 25 years’ experience of contributing effectively at board level, having been a divisional board director at Thomas Cook in the 1990s and then spent 13 years at Smiths Gore where he was Group Finance Director and CEO. During his time at Smiths Gore, Keith completed and integrated over 10 acquisitions before Smiths Gore was sold to Savills in 2015 for £40 million.
