Simon Stephenson
Simon started his career with Barings Bank before founding the M&A boutique, Bishopsgate Corporate Finance in 1996 where he remains the Chairman.
Simon heads up Business Development at BCF Equity Partners and he has been an investor in private companies for over 20 years. Simon sits on the board of Boditrax, BikePark Wales, Barracudas, Central Joinery and Safeguard Glazing.

Tom Spencer
Tom is a qualified chartered accountant having trained with KPMG before joining Simon at Bishopsgate Corporate Finance in 2004 where he led over 50 transactions.
Tom is the Managing Partner at BCF Equity Partners and he is a shareholder in 6 companies and sits on the Board of Barracudas, BikePark Wales, Central Joinery and Safeguard Glazing. Tom recently led the exit of EPM Limited, the education HR and payroll company to Citation, backed by Hg Capital.
